Why is the score in the editor different from the report?

First of all you should make sure that you have the same check profile selected both in the editor and report.

However there might still be differences due to the fact that:

• you can ignore findings in the editor to improve the score → the report does not ignore anything
• the technical format used to send content to the check is different, thus small changes in the score could happen
